How long to make a prototype?
Normally, after the drawings are approved, we can make the prototype ready to ship in 2 weeks..Different product will be a bit different, depends on the complexity of the product.
What is the regular lead time for production?
For a regular size order, we normally can deliver it in 40 days..
How do you ensure the quality of your products?
No products with quality issues or potential issues are allowed to leave the factory. QC inspections are conducted after each step of the process, and only after passing inspection can the product move on to the next stage. Any discovered issues are sent back to the previous step for resolution before proceeding.
What is your after-sale policy?
Any unacceptable production quality issues found after we deliver the order, we will send replacement and afford all the expenses.
